About Me

My name is Jacqueline Savastano, but I go by Jackie. My Mother liked the Kennedys and the way Jacqueline Kennedy’s name was spelled, of course it had to be the longest variation of the name… I tell a lot of the Sales Consultants I work with that story because storytelling for name recall is very important! After all, your customers can’t send you repeat and referral business (which has an 80% or higher probability of closing) if they do not remember your name! So often I see this happen in the Automotive space that I’ve been working in for almost 20 years now. A customer returns a few weeks after purchasing the second largest purchase after a home, walks up to the counter and says to the receptionist/greeter, “I’m here to pick up my plates.” To which she/he responds, “and who was your sales person” and is usually met with a response like, “I don’t remember their name, they sat over in that corner…brown hair…glasses…this tall.” And that’s where I come in! My goal is to help Sales Consultants & Service Advisors, be more memorable, lead with value and be the difference at a time where customer service has fallen by the wayside. In my own personal life, I have been held hostage to a survey to save a 1 time credit on my phone bill with a company I have used since I got my very first phone plan, who reads a script robotically and without emotion thanking me for “being the best part of their day” yet never showing what the benefit of that loyalty even provides. Where’s the value? 

In an industry that has faced significant backlash and a lot of misplaced frustration, Automotive is filled with the hardest working people I have ever come to know! Not in many professions do you find people working 9-9, coming in on their days off and giving up weekends with family to earn a living. So, what do I bring to the table? My coaching enables Sales Consultants & Service Advisors an opportunity to identify areas of personal and professional growth, as well as improve job performance.
